St. Patrick's Day Parade Forms

To join the St. Patrick Day's Parade, click Here to open the Parade Application form. You will need to have Adobe Reader installed, to open the PDF form. Once open you can either print the blank form, complete it and mail to the address at the bottom of the form. Once you have it opened you can complete it on the screen, print it, sign it, and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form.

After the St. Patrick's Day committee receives your application they will send you an acceptance letter along with the Saftey Requirements and Parade Rules and Insurance Form. The insurance waiver form must be signed by everyone in the parade. Children under the age of 18 must be signed for by an adult.
